Get out of your own way and earn the money you know you deserve.

Who Gavin works with

You built a 7-figure business on effort. More effort has stopped moving the numbers.

You know the next move for the business, and you keep finding reasons to push it to next quarter.

Revenue sits at the same number it hit two years ago, and adding hours hasn't changed it.

The voice in your head is harder on you than any client, employee, or competitor has ever been.

From the outside you're winning. At home you're short-tempered and exhausted.

If two or more of those hit, the bottleneck is inside your head, and that's where Gavin does his work. He helps high performers make the unconscious patterns running their business conscious, then change them.

About Gavin

A high performer who had to learn how to fail.

Gavin won at hockey, at school, and later in business, right up until the strategies that always worked for him stopped working.

His professional hockey career ended almost as soon as it started. When he built a personal training business, he caught himself sabotaging it the same way. Doing the work wasn't enough. He had to find the negative self-talk and limiting beliefs underneath the work and deal with them directly.

That process became his coaching. Today, he's a business performance coach helping entrepreneurs perform at their highest level, become better leaders, and scale their businesses.

How Gavin coaches

Make the unconscious conscious. Then change it.

Find the story

Every owner has an old story about money, worth, and success steering decisions in the background. The first job is to hear it clearly: the exact sentences you say to yourself before a big sale, a hard conversation, or a price increase.

Rewrite it

Once a limiting belief is out in the open, you can test it against the evidence of what you've already built and replace it with a story that fits the business you're running now.

Live it daily

A new belief sticks through practice. Gavin gives clients daily tools, including guided visualizations and journaling, so the change shows up in how they lead every day.

What To Do When The Hard Work Stops Working

For high performers who stick to what they're good at, right up until it stops being enough. Gavin draws on research, his hockey career, and his own years of self-sabotage in business to show how negative self-talk and limiting beliefs keep driven people stuck.

You'll learn how to get your emotions in check, rewrite the stories holding you back, and turn inward for the answers that more hustle can't give you.
